Jack, the "Bronze Bear" Huff, struck again even amidst his present infirmity. Every Christmas is marked by one of Jack's wonderful golf clubs arriving under my tree. Jack is always on the cutting edge of clubs that might improve my golf came- what a spirit of hope he extends to me- to think that my golf game might improve :)

Jack, you're the greatest. My church folks are praying for you and Mom. Know that the "Huff Spirit of Christmas" was carried on here in Chalfont, PA today. Karen and the girls came down and we laughed, played music, shared gifts and often talked about you and Mom throughout the day.

We love you,

The Rev.

Tinkle, tinkle little bell
Here comes Ginny like a bat out of ___
What's she got for you today?
Something good in every way -
Maybe even lobster bisque
It pours right in with little risk
And tastes so good (?) oh what the heck -
At least your not freezing out on your deck.

The Aides and Jesters miss you and the card players want to get (some of) their money back so keep on keepin' on.

Doug

PS: sorry about the rhyme. (NOT)

Hi Jack,

Another Saturday at the Kirkner's. I left the Nissan off at the shop @ 7:00 am for State Inspection then off to sign Jon up for baseball. I then finished restoring our bottom kitchen cabinets and putting the final wax on the top ones ... Jon had a buddy sleep over last night and we played Monopoly until 11:00 ... Katie went out after work as did Linda ... Katie is skiing tomorrow with a group from Chick-fil-a and Jon and I will be skiing from 4:00-10:00 at a different mountain about an hour away ... Linda has to work on Sunday afternoon ... We're so glad that your not getting any bad reactions to the chemo ... We pray for you regularly Jack ... We hope David's words (Psalm 16:7-8) are your words: "I will bless the Lord who Guides me; even at night my heart instructs me. I know the Lord is always with me, I will not be shaken for He is right beside me."

We all love you,

-David

Hi Jack, Ginny and Karen,

Just wanted to let you know that Phil and I are thinking and praying for you daily. I am sure the treatments will be tough but you are ALL tougher!!

Having FAITH, loving family and friends will more than get you through anything! Nothing is more amazing than the power of Prayer!

Just wanted to share with you my favorite scripture (for almost 30 years!) I carry it with me always!

Isaiah 40:31
They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength;

They shall mount up with wings
like Eagles'

They shall run and not be weary;

They shall walk and not be faint."

Keep smiling. I know your spirit will soon be soaring!

LOL :)

Continue to keep your faith and know that we are praying for you both everyday. Will call you again late next week.
